Arrabida - Wine tour

Myself and my husband took this wine tour as part of our 5 day trip to Lisbon and we were very glad we did. We met our guide Jaime outside the Hard Rock Cafe at 9am and right away we knew we were going to have a great day. Jaime was very knowledgeable and informative on all topics and he was able to answer all our questions. We went first to the Setubal region , via the Vasco de Gama bridge to a beautiful castle there and onwards to the José Maria da Fonseca vineyard for a brilliant tour. After that we went for lunch to Sesimbra, a lovely fishing village and our guide brought us to the most fantastic fish restaurant where we had swordfish, then onwards to the Quinta De Alcube vineyard for more wine tasting and some cheese as well. We bought some really good wine to bring home. Back through the most picturesque coastal road, stopping for photos at the Christ the Redeemer statue and home after 5, all in all a fantastic experience, made all the better by a fab guide Jaime, everyone should have a Jaime when they come to Lisbon!

Combo - HD Lisbon & HD Sintra

Just back from an amazing full day tour of Lisbon and Sintra with Jaime. The first half of the day was spent in Lisbon – Jaime took us to some beautiful locations and the tour included tastings of some delicious traditional Portuguese food. After a break for lunch we headed off for Sintra, stopping on the way at a pastry cafe Jaime personally recommended – it was not a disappointment. Pena Palace was phenomenal and we had more than enough time to explore both the Palace and the town of Sintra itself, finally heading back to Lisbon for about 6pm. Jaime was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and a fantastic guide – sharing both his knowledge of Lisbon and also his personal experiences of the city. A superb day!

Fatima - Batalha -Nazaré - Óbidos

My husband and I went on a tour to Fatima, Nazare, Bathala and Obidos, all places were beautiful, the guide Jaime Afra described the history of the places in an excellent way, we were a small group of very nice people, but I have remark Jaime our guide who made our day one of the best in Lisbon!

Combo - Lisbon & Sintra

We had a wonderful tour of Lisbon, Sintra and Pena Palace with the most incredible, knowledgeable and professional tour guide; Jaime Afra! He was not only our tour guide but driver too. He knows his way around the Lisbon area and ensures his guests are well informed. He made sure our group was able to see all of the sights and answered all of our questions. Will definitely request him if we come back!

Half-Day Lisbon

We had the four-hour private Lisbon tastings tour with Jaime, who was a wonderful and very knowledgeable host. Usually, my children don't like tours, but they both said that this one was entertaining and fun. He took us to all the major tourist attractions and sites and took the time to explain interesting facts about each one. A highlight for us were the tastings of regional dishes and drinks. Jaime was very kind to my children and gave us a warm welcome to Lisbon. I would highly recommend this tour. Thank you!

Fatima - Batalha -Nazaré - Óbidos

Thanks to Jaime for a wonderful tour to Fatima, Obidos and surrounds. Jaime had such knowledge and insight into each place we visited and had a great style of recounting the history and folklore of each location. Fatima was a pretty special place – fascinating for the believer and non-bliever alike! Nazare provided a great place for lunch – seafood spectacular! Best clams ever! Obidos was just gorgeous. The tour allowed a good mix of free time as well. Jaime was a great driver and really made the day very special. Thank you!

Sintra - Cascais

We had a fantastic time on the tour to Sintra and Cascais! Our guide, Jaime, was excellent.... very knowledgeable and interactive with our small group. He asked about preferences to customize our day a bit (we all agreed, for example, to climbing some stairs in the gardens surrounding Pena Palace to get a picture perfect view...well worth it!) made recommendations for lunch, played us some fado music during our drive and kept us moving to make the most of our day. It would be impossible in my opinion to see and do as much as we did if we attempted it on our own. I highly recommend this tour when staying in Lisbon. Thank you, Jaime!

Wine Tour - Arrabida

Had a great experience with our guide Jamie for the wine tour in Arrabida. Did the half day tour and got to visit two beautiful wineries. Jamie was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend taking this tour with him!
